China Recycling Machine for Casting SMolding

It is a newly environmental-protection energy-conservation device designed and developed independently by our company. Now it is widely applied to the sorting processing and reclamation of metallurgical moulding used sand and slag. It has won the national patent (Patent No.: +ZL 2010 2 0216832.4), also passed the new product authentication of Anhui Province and won the first prize of municipal S&T Progress Award in Xuancheng.

The equipment has the following properties: high power (4t/h), low noise (80db), dust filtering for environmental protection (dust emission as 22mg/m³) and energy conservation etc. In addition, it also improves the casting used-sand reclaiming process.

1. It is widely applied to the used-sand-reclamation production of manual moulding, line moulding and mine waste sand. In the reclaiming process, due to its function of dust-filtering environmental protection and sorting used sand from cinder, the reclamation rate of used sand can reach to as high as 90%, 30% higher than that of the traditional sand screening. After dust-filtering process, reclaimed used sand has a better moulding permeability.

2. As mechanization replaced traditional operational mode, the labor intensity is reduced by over 70% but the production efficiency increased sharply. Rated machine-hour processing capability is 4t/h.

3. It can reduce resource waste, post employment as well as labor cost. In addition, the environmental-protection dust-collecting device is installed to prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases.
